What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?

  • Customers can exchange their orders within 15 days and return their order within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • If you have received a defective product, send us images at shop.denim.chic@hotmail.com and we will get back to you.
  • Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range.
  • Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable
  • We will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

I have received a damaged item

In case of any damaged items delivered, please notify within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, write to us at shop.denim.chic@hotmail.com Please share images of the product along with shipping label in your email & mention order.

When will I get my refund

After receiving images of your damaged product, our representative will get in touch with you to confirm the damage & refund. The same will be initiated & completed with 7-10 working days.

What is refund source?

Upon successful pickup of the return product at your doorstep, We will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

I like other designs more & want an exchange

We offer a one-time free replacement policy for orders above ₹ 1000 (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer) In case of initiating the same, please write to us shop.denim.chic@hotmail.com within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

When will I receive my replacement

The item should be intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and in its original packing. We will process the exchange & initiate shipping within 7 days of receiving the originally sold item.
